It's about ensuring that our government is accountable, transparent, and responsive to the needs of the people. As Hon Ajang Daniel, I'm committed to promoting a leadership model that values empathy, humility, and service ¹. We must recognize that our nation is rich in human resources, but poor in management and leadership. We've been blessed with abundant natural resources, but our people still struggle to access basic necessities like clean water, healthcare, and education. As leaders, we must prioritize the needs of our citizens, especially the vulnerable groups – women, youths, and persons with disabilities. We must ensure that our governance is participatory, consensus-oriented, and inclusive ². Let us work together to build a nation that is just, equitable, and prosperous for all. A nation where every citizen has access to opportunities, and every voice is heard.
